Q1. You had this 45 yrs female pt presented with with a 2wks history of dirrhea as well as a 6 pds wt loss, few days ago she experienced in addition intense pruritic vesicles allover her body, after another few days she had also wheals and papules on the extensor surface of her body.
What is your diagnosis?
1-Ulcerative colitis
2-Crohons ds
3-SLE
4-erythropoietic porphoria
5-Celiac sprue In Q-2 what is the name of the lesion
1-pemphigus vulgaris
2-Icothiosis
3-linear vulgaris
4-Dermatitis herpetiformis Q-2 Boipsy of the lesion should shows:

I always like gluten. It's one diet that rich with power elements on it. You do have a nice program.
