We require that you: 1. Take and pass Step 1 of the USMLE 2. Take and pass the Clinical Skills portion of Step 2 3. Submit three letters of recommendation 4. Foreign medical graduates must have one year of clinical experience in the United States. Observerships and research are not considered clinical experience. Clerkships at American hospitals are clinical experience. We have no policy regarding year of graduation. We do sponsor visas; both H-1b and J-1.
