failed step 3 twice! Please advice

Thank you for your reply.I am an old IMG with other house hold responsibilites and job. I did all UW MCQ, Qbank, practice CCS many many times, read all the books which others are doing, I don't kown what else to do.

You did not tell us enough about yourself to comment on things like givign up on career etc (which I think is never an option for somebody who is serious about the profession anyway!) To answer your question on whether to take step 3 again or to give up, let me tell you that step 3 is a tough exam, not only for FMG's but for also AMG's fail. I know of an AMG who complete his residency in psych but failed step 3 twice. I helped him pass with some combined study, practice CCS together etc. So, you should not give up identify where you are going wrong! Nothing is impossible!
