Cleveland Clinic Medical Informatics Fellowship

By Anonymous - Posted on 21 June 2006

Cleveland Clinic Medical Informatics fellowship is one of the very few programs in US which are specifically tailored for physicians planning to sub specialize in medical informatics: 1.The program and the curriculum is focused on clinical application and research rather than basic informatics. 2. A substantial part of fellowship experience is hands- on. 3. The program is designed to provide maximum flexibility ( see Courses). Once the fellow chooses a research project , rest of the program is tailored to his/ her research interests . Time slots are reserved for the fellow to work in an outpatient clinic and attend General Internal Medicine division and department grand grounds. 5.The fellow has the opportunity to work at an enterprise level in one of the largest integrated delivery networks in the region and is sponsored for a PGY-4 and 5 salary. A glance at some of the initiatives written below, may provide an overview of what the Cleveland Clinic has to offer. For more info
