hi,
i am in an observership and would probably get lor by sept end and by the time ecfmg uploads it it would be 2nd week oct.so my question is,
should i apply with 2 indian lors and assign the 3rd later or should i wait?if i apply with 2 or 3 indian lors,how can i highlight my observer status?\ thanks.

You could create an LOR in ERAS for the future observorship and get it uploaded when it becomes available. I think the safest bet would be to assign the other LORs 2-3 from your country along with this US LOR which will become available only when it is uploaded. By creating an LOR and assinging, you are making sure that the programs will get a copy when it becomes available. ATB.
