They are not asking for your experiences as such but about yourself even though you can incorparate some of your experiences. I would start some thing like this - I was born in a peasant's family in the Southern part of India in a lush green village. Growing up as a kid, I was curious about everything around me and loved the subjects of science and mathematics. I was the topper of my school which got me a couple of gold medals. When the time came for me to decide on whether to be a doctor or an engineer, I chose to be a doctor since I can not only earn a decent living but also have the satisfaction of helping others. In medical school, .........
After graduating from medical school ...... They will ask questions based on what you tell them. It is basically your life story in short. You can talk about things that got you where you are and how you became who you are. Just practice it with a friend or family member and you will be OK. The key is practice! All the best!
