I think the objectives of kaplan and USMLE world are different and I think they are both good because they serve two purposes. Kaplan q bank is good for solidifying the information in your mind. They are more of a high yield teaching tool in a question format. USMLE world questions are more for simulating real exam experience. The questions are much more representative of the real test type of questions, and are much more challenging than kaplan q bank. They can be used as a tool of how you need to start thinking. I have used both. Tharsan

bc its more accurate and board relevant. I am using kaplan to study for S2 and doing UW qbank...I notice that I miss some questions bc what UW says is right Kaplan says otherwise (I had double check my answers at all times with kaplan to make sure I had the right information) It all depends on whether you are using kaplan to study for the boards and you are happy with that...I would stick to kaplan qbank ( i regret not doing so from the get-go
I am using it and 10 times better than kaplan. i recomond it.
