hi,
1. if the sp has right sided abdominal pain, is it ok do percussion to see liver span or wud that be considered as repeatation of a painful maneuvar? 2. is there anyway u can drink water apart from the break time? wud it be inappropriate to drink water in front of the sp? i find my mouth getting dry after some period of blabbing :)

You can do light percussion and it is not considered repitition of painful maneuvers. As far as drinking water is concerned, you may want to check with ECFMG on that since I am not sure what the policy is but I would imagine they will try to accomodate since it is a physiologic need.
