hi, i heard that recently the b1 b2 visa rules have been modified.....ie,
for a B1 /B2 visa holder, they dont allow more than 6 months in ONE CALENDER YR' .... compared to 6 months in 'one visit'.... please confirm...

I am not sure of that, can you post where you got that info. Also check murthy.com or other immigration websites.
