Hi,I am applying for fellowship this year,i was wondering if i could get any help regarding how to prepare my CV and Personal statement.Are there any good sites that i can go to,i am wondering what i can add to my cv other than my current residency.Thanks in advance.

Talk to your faculty and they may be able to help in terms of taking a look at your PS and helping to improve on it. I know medfools.com does provide some editing service for a small fee which you can try. Just concentrate on why you are going into the specialty of your choice in addition to the things you may have from your residency PS. All the best.
