Thanks for all the help. I have enquired from the program co-ordinators. Most of them said that their seats for 2007-2008 are filled.So if they are participating in ERAS 2007, what does it mean?

That is about the last year's match. Most programs have automated messages on their answering machines and/or send autoresponders to emails. SO, do not worry about that, it is not for the 2008 match. No programs fills all their seats this early. All the best.
