Any advise For this poor resident.(khattab V Morehouse)

I did not know what to advise my friend except to keep his legal fight against Morehouse.
Anyone her who has an ides? or another suggestion which might help?

I reside in 22320 Oconnor Street Apt -6 ,St Clair shores , State of Michigan 2-I began employment with the above named employer In the Internal Medicine department on July 1st 2004.I have been harassed ,abused and ridiculed throughout my employment .I complained on numerous occasions .Only to have my work performance scrutinized unfairly by management and I was forced to work with the individuals who discriminated or have a preconceived bias against me without allowing me to evaluate them .further more I was falsely accused that I have Psychiatric disease when I complained regarding Equal treatment and discrimination.
My employment was terminated though I used to work up to 95 Hours a week and on occasions I used also to do other individuals work. and I was forced to leave my job and was threatened verbally that I will not find a job position in another place.. - While serving as a resident physician I was subjected to discriminatory conduct due to my race , color and religion , which included, being subjected to egregious remarks such as being called a dirty Negro, you are a mad white person in black institution you are a negro like Morehouse black people , ?I want America to kill Syrians like they kill Iraqis ,If you say what I have told you or know you will be in danger t .etc I complained of the conduct. Rather than assisting me, Defendant retaliated against me by 1) failing to investigate my complaint properly 2) assigning me to do other persons work causing me to work up 95 hours per week, 3) verbally insulting my intelligence, and calling me insulting names 4) prohibiting me from transferring to another institution by defaming me and providing negative remarks to other institutions ( including Howard University a Historically minority institution in DC and a lot of other medical hospitals , 5) refusing to provide me my employment file, 6) not evaluating me properly, and 7) discharging me. All my colleagues were treated in a different way ,Indeed my story never happened to any other resident physician in the United States My Manager refused to give me a logic chronologic document which include this information
Names ,titles , of all my X-supervisors & Colleges whom I worked with them starting July 2004..
My weekly or Monthly working hours., Number of the patients I took care of them every week.
The names of Morehouse RAC(residency Advisory committee members who meet on several occasions to discuss my concerns and status, and of course Dates of those mysterious meetings
When I ask for a document or reassurance regarding my serious concerns I receive this answer That is Confidential and or is not your business or right.
My X-employer refused to give me a copy of my personnel file and or a copy of every document my X-manager and supervisors has submitted to other medical organizations or institutions and claimed that a lot of those documents are confidential although they informed the ABIM (American Board of Internal Medicine that my evaluation was discussed with me and this is not truth and need further investigation and a court order to correct this matter ). I was falsely accused that I do Not know the essential of spoken English and medicine and I was forced to work under bad conditions , for example I was ordered to work when I was sick I have been verbally informed that I will not be allowed to stay at my X-company and will not be helped to find a job in any Hospital in the states and I have to sign a letter of release to all the individuals I complained against them My manager and supervisors did not explain my rights according to the institution ,state or Federal law and verbally I was informed in closed meeting that I have lost my right to complain according to the institution and Federal law and have to forget everything which happened to me . Indeed one of my X-supervisors informed me that I loose my right to go to federal courts after 5 business days from the time of my incident according to his understanding of his program contract , and that any 3rd party opinion regarding my discrimination allegation does not matter My request to receive a Fair chance at my X-company or to be transferred to another institution was neglected . My manager and supervisors refused to investigate my concerns regarding environment , work Time and or to compare my duties ,work volume & load with my colleges work and duties and their medical knowledge as determined by national organization or The Board In-training examinations. My X-company refused to give me any reassurance regarding its disciplinary actions but their attorney informed me that a few individuals has left the company and my story happened longtime ago . My manager refused either to let me stay at Morehouse or help me go work somewhere else ,Further more my X-company did Not inform me about my Right to receive medical insurance after termination or Non renewal of my contract ,and After a private attorney informed me about COBRAA my company refused to pay my medical Bill till I sign a specific document for them . Morehouse President /CEO and MSM Dean refused to make comments on those verbal statements( or to accept contacting me without his or her attorney interfere) You are a dirty slave like Morehouse people.

You do not know how we treat terrorist, you are a terrorist your complaint and e-mails are an evidence of terrorist attack( I was complaining via e-mail and informed my X-colleagues that I was involved in a series car accident which left me with an implant in my leg and my complaint and request for help was described by one individual as a terrorist attack).
If they want to get raid of someone they do not like based on his status short r tall ,Thin or fat they create something for him
I have connections nationwide if you complain No one will believe you or maybe no one well have time to listen to you ..
99% of American are idiots stupid and bring a person like me to do the job for them and I?m not ready to discuss your work concerns till I receive an order from our chairman. or director . I believe that I practiced Medicine in a very ethical way and respected and protected my patients who has different color race and religion while other physicians informed me that I should practice defensive medicine and do not care `about poor and homeless patients as their government and fellow citizens did not care about them, and in one occasion one of my supervisors informed me that 99% of American are idiots stupid and bring a person like him to do the job for them. Never before in the recent history of all US Medical or educational institutions any other human being suffered like me from such an unbelievable disturbing conduct in the forum of discrimination .
