Do Most program directors care about the next generation hea

By Anonymous - Posted on 24 October 2007

I know a lot of program directors who are great , I even dreamed at some point that I would work or had worked with them (especially after my horrible experience at Morehouse).? DO really program directors care about there residents Ethics?
Do they think about the next generation health in the US?
DO they think about there IMG residents future carrier and what they are going to do to the US health system and the US patients.
DO they care about the future or simply need a HYPORATE manipulation residents who give them gifts ,tell them good stories and satisfy their human soul needs ?
DO they only think about a smooth work at their programs even if this is going to affect the next generation health?
Done they think or know that most IMGs came to make money and that?s it( of course others came asking for freedom ,fly away from wares overseas
What is the percentage of the program director who really care about there children care standers which one day or another might be at the hand of IMGs ( this needs 30 years )
What is the percentage of the program director of think about candidates ethics or future actions when they start there job ?
DO they think that they resident might one day when they become old take care of them(in nursing homes , ER,OR , Geriatrics. .etc)/
Most of Directors know that some small towns in most states have only IMGs,IF you go to OH,NY,IL,MI their small towns clinics or urgent care clinics or even hospital which only have IMGs(No American graduates)
What is the percentage of the program director think in this way ( do not care about the physicians manners ,only care about keeping their jobs ,and having fun and let someone else improve the system or talk about it? Note I visited hospital, clinics and residency programs in only almost 30 State .
One A Program Director claimed that I visited places more that her or him (maybe only a very diplomat comment by a 50 old American physician).
