Treatement of acute MI with thrombolytics is within 12 hrs of onset of pain or 1 hr??????????????? Kindly reply.

I did search about this topic,and came through MKSAP and MedScape, both say it's 6 hrs, the golden period where one should get thrombolysed.
Any answer to this guys

It can be given upto 12 hours, not 1. The earlier, the better!
