Programs ?ACGME Retaliation
Who would help residents in case they were confronted by a program which does not care about its reputation ,the ACGME law , and is ready to pay lawyers to prvent residents form going to courts and facing judges?
For example Morehouse School of Medicine is currently sued by more than one person and according to one law suite it denied the residents SHOULD EVALUATE SUPERVISOURES/and residents files should include written evaluations by PEERS, Nurse?.etc
This is a written ACGME slandered. What do people think about residents UNION to protect them.

THE ACGME DID NOT CARE.
What law prevents doctors from being unionized?
The residents can complain to ACGME and they have the power to audit the site, put them on probation or even make the residency program un accredited. As for resident union, since people are there doing residency just for a few years, I am not sure if that is going to work out. Also, I believe there are laws that prevent doctors from unionizing and going on strike. Others can share their views.
