What is the deadline date to submit the application for ERAS to let them know about visa status...

Respected Sir, My application for EAD is in process and it would be highly appreciated to know from you that what is the deadline date to know ecfmg about my visa status. If I get my EAD by time of the application deadline are there good chances to get residency in step1-80 CK-90 and CS(waiting for result). Does CS attempt affects the residency eligibility criteria????
I logged on your website and God is great ....I am more relaxed. I want to subscribe your services for IM and Family practice requirements . Current thing is that I am jammed because of my CS result is pending. One more question I have If I Fail in CS first attempt and if i finish before NOV. Do i have still any chances remaining to get residency. How much 2nd attempt in CS affects chances for residency? Many of Univ doesnt require candidates who have 2nd attempt in step1 and step2. What does step2 mean in general Step2 CK or CS or combined together regarding attempts? I hope I tried to clear my self regarding explaining my problem. My Step1 is 80 (196) and CK is 90 (219) i finished graduation in 2006 from India. Thanks once again and kindly please help me to get rid out of this annoying queries Regards
ZAKI
HI,
You do not need to inform ECFMG about your visa status but enter it in the ERAS application. The best thing to do when your GC is in the process is to state what your current visa is and not what it might be when it is processed since you never know when the GC arrives. SO, to be on the safe side, just mention what your current visa status is. You can mention the GC processing at the time of the interview to the programs. All the best.
