Dear Dr. Prab,
I am currently on E.A.D and hopefully will get GC in few months.
Does that affect my interviews as my GC is not in my hand and I have an E.A.D.
I want to ask, do waived LOR's weigh more? Thank you. Zayni

For the purposes of residency programs, EAD is as good as GC. SO, it should not affect your chances. As for waived LOR's, they do look good but not sure if they do weigh more neccessarily. It all depends on what they write more than whether you waived it or not. All the best.
