Do 75% of IMG's now fail USMLE Step-2CS?

I read on this website in a reply to a post that 75% of IMG's now fail USMLE Step-2CS.Is this true?What are the main reasons for such a huge failure rate? Please reply.

HI,
No, it must be a typo, 75% is the pass rate for IMG's. Anyway, can you find the post so we can correct the typo? Thanks.

NO,the pass rate for IMG's is not 75% as you say.
Let me explain that :

According to the ECFMG FACT CARD ,the pass rate for candidates who tested between January,2007 and june 2007 is 75%.
But,after that in july ,2007 the USMLE raised the passing standards for the USMLE Step-2CS and predicted a decrease in the above mentioned pass rate by about 8% for IMG's.That means the pass rate is reduced to around 67%.
The evidence for this decrease in pass rate is ample based on the fact that so many IMG's are failing the USMLE STEP-2CS.
