In Khattab V Morehouse the court granted the isuence ofa Subpoena to the ACGME
Did a resident subpoena the ACGME before
THE ACGME attorney may manipulate and refuse to release documents ,however this might be a new interesting case as the resident will never accept an unconstitutional reasons for protecting documents based on state alleged Law (ILLINOIS Chicago where the ACGME is located) and or based on any unconstitutional allegation .
At least per the US law a resident can Subpoens the ACGME and maybe someone at the ACGME will in the future care for all resident compliients.
