Same daycare different time. Most of the kids present with 4

Same daycare different time. Most of the kids present with 4-7 diarrheal episodes over a 4 day period. You do a physical exam on one of them and find enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes. Unfortunatley the mother of this child now has acute onset of arthritis, erythema nodosum and septicemia.
What the blazesis going on here? A) V. Cholerea
B) E. Coli
C) Salmonella
D) Yersinia Enterocolitica
