This is one ranking from the most difficult to get into to the least, aka best to not worst! 1) Hungarian Schools - DOTE, SOTE, Szged
2) Czech Republic - Charles Faculties I,II,III Hradec
3) Poland - Karol Marcinkowski, Silesia, Krakow
4) Russia - Pavlov, Mechnikov, Moscow, Kursk
5) Bulgaria - Varna Medical University
5) Romania - Heard it was ridiculously easy - Cluj-Napaco, Carol Davila
6) Serbia - University of Belgrade

Dear md2be, I would rank Krakow, Poznan and Silesia Medschools much higher than on your list.

If you want just to pass, maybe. Otherwise it's not so easy.

Hi md2be, I don't know where you received your list from but, many of my collegues transferred to programs in Poland (Krakow and Lublin). In their opinion, the Polish schools were better in preparing students to return to the US than the ones in Hungry. It's not a fact, it was just their opinions.
