Has anybody heard something / good or bad / for the following programs:
1.Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center
2.Coney Island Med. Center
3.Brookdale Med. University
4.Lutheran Med.Center
5.Woodhull Med.Center
All of them in Brooklyn.
Everybody knows bad things for the programs of Brooklyn but is it mpossible to find out something good there?
Thank you in advance, I appreciate your help and good luck to everybody!

I live in LA where crimes are daily round and I am not afraid of that.
My scores are competitive i think STEP1-83,STEP2-92 but I have not passed CSA yet. I have interviews in these hospitals and I would like to have some ideas where I am going.
Thank you everybody and good luck!

There are many people doing residency in all these programs and one of the reasons some of these programs are bad is the amount of scut work. To some extent, you can argue that you learn more if you work more. Another common problems is the location and crime. One of my friends who lives in NYC said, who are people afraid of in those areas? Just look like and act like one of them and everybody will be afraid of you too! So, if you have limited options, go for it!
You can do it, we can help!
