Format I used for sending a Thank you email! Dear Dr. --------- --------, Thank you very much for providing me an opportunity to be interviewed at your Internal Medicine residency program on Day and date(Monday, September 06, 2004). I very much enjoyed the opportunity and am seriously interested in joining your program. I highly appreciated the friendly and relaxed atmosphere in which the interview was conducted.

[b]Internal Medicine is my Passion - Sample Personal Statement[/b] If you are applying for residencies and want to get a lot of interviews, you should concentrate on writing a winning personal statement. While scores and everything else is important, the personal statement is what grabs the attention of the review committe to pick YOU from similarly qualified candidates. I personally was told by some of the Program Directors the reason they called me for an interview was because of an interesting personal statement.

Dear Dr. Prab, thank you for making this amazing site. I have one question to ask. What should be the format of Thank you note after inetrview.
1. does it include the name of interview committe members (what if I dont remember the name of all of them).
2. what to say to the co-ordinator in this note.
3. is it possible to give them a hint that I am interested in prematch. If so, what should be the appropropriate way of telling the same.

Hi, Dr. Prab and anybody, who knows, What is International Post Graduate Mini-Residency program offered at Mount Sinai Medical Center ? Can anybody clarify what is it and where(supposedly in NYC, but exactly where( Bronx, Elmhurst) - couldn't find anything like that in Mount Sinai directory). You have to pay for it - 300$ for each course( at least that's what I've read on the other forum). Thank you.

Here is the format I used to send a follow up letter to the programs after applying via ERAS. You can change, add or modify based on your needs and this serves as an example.
